A concierge practice is a form of primary care practice designed to offer a more collaborative and convenient relationship between a patient and the physician that includes a membership fee.

Under my concierge medicine practice, I will be dedicating myself to a limited number of patients. Members can come to expect on-time, no rush office visits.  There will be a 24/7 private phone number and email service that will allow your questions to be answered punctually.  You can come to expect office visits to start promptly  and that last as long as we need.  Home visits and hospital visits will also be available when deemed appropriate.  Additionally, if you have a major health problem, we will do our best to personally coordinate specialist referrals and/or hospital care as needed.

My goal is to provide the highest quality medical care and service, emphasizing a proactive, comprehensive approach to both disease prevention and wellness.  With the concierge medicine practice I strive to provide excellence in internal medicine care that is both compassionate and truly patient-focused.  From the moment you enter my office, I want you to be completely satisfied with every aspect of your care.

Membership fees for my concierge medical practice per individual are $2,400 a year which equates to $600 per quarter.  Upon request we will send you a Membership Agreement that goes over all the details.
